Together with other members of the Lexware Office Team, you are responsible for the smooth operation in the cloud

The implementation of new features is binding and reliable. You participate in architectural decisions and drive their implementation independently and self-organized with the team

In case of emerging problems or obstacles, you do not hesitate long and trade yourself or go to one of the colleagues. Since we work interdisciplinary, we use short ways and direct communication

Together with the Product Owner, UX-Designer, Scrum Master, Business Analyst and other developers, you form an interdisciplinary team. To this end, a close and structured exchange with colleagues from the support is also part of your work to give help to our customers in case of problems with the product.

You have at least five years of professional experience and very good knowledge in Java/SpringBoot and TypeScript, but above all you have fun in development and conception, both in the backend and in the frontend

Also important is our experience in microservice architecture

It would be nice, but it would not be absolutely necessary if you also know React, Docker, AWS and SQL/NoSQL. Our company continuously explores the new possibilities with AI, so you should also be interested in it. In development, we can also support ourselves by AI tools like copilot

As a team, we live agile processes as part of our working day, specifically for your team primarily the Scrum events. Therefore, it is important to us that you have a stance of team capacity, continuous development and openness and ideally could also gain experience in agile teams.
