Giving High-Rise specific sales support (with focus but not limited to Product offering, Scope of supply, TP2 pricing support for “Engineering to Order” product offerings, technical improvements in coordination with mechanical and electrical engineering department, ...) to the High-Rise sales representative acting on industry levels in implementation of the country dedicated High-Rise elevator strategy at Field level, supporting them in reaching their sales and margin. Knowledge: 5 years' experience on technical sales of technical complex products with ideally technical, commercial and processes background in high rise Elevators like highspeed Single Deck, Double Deck and TWIN elevators. Deep product knowledge (Elevators) and strong sense of customer value creation. Selling experience for elevators and very good presentations skills. Understanding about contract clauses in the exposure to general contractors (at least basic law and legal aspects) and willing to learn. Good Understanding and Knowledge in the relevant elevator Norms & Regulations (EN 81-20/50, ISO Norms) and local regulations ideally at least within the scope of BU Europe Africa countries. Strong customer orientation and support/service orientation. Language skills: fluently English is a must, fluently in other languages is a plus. Teamplayer, analytical skills, process oriented, project management skills. Good networker in international teams.
