in Val Gardena Data makes decisions and decisions become strong partnerships. You realize what's behind performance figures, make potentials visible and give the Partnership Team clear impulses for the next steps. With your structured view, you keep reporting reliable, coordinate partner campaigns and make sure that a common course is created from many interfaces. You shape the basis on which our partnerships grow sustainably. Increase performance: independent analysis of performance data from platforms and ECAD/EDA tools, recognition of trends and deviations and derivation of concrete recommendations for action for the Partnership Team. Establish reporting: Structured processing of data, evaluations and KPI reports as a basis for decision-making for the Partnership Team and ensuring the completeness, topicality and quality of data, reporting and status documentation Answer partner queries: Self-responsible answer from partner support queries as well as the coordination of these within the WE companies. Organise activities: Content coordination of marketing campaigns with partners and the relevant specialist departments and downstream coordination of the timely implementation of marketing and media activities with partners Keep an overview: coordination and follow-up of votes, measures and open points within the framework of partnerships Maintaining relationships: Supporting the (Senior) Partnership Manager in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of partner activities and the continuous development of partner relationships

Basics: completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification. Knowledge: data affinity and first experiences with reports, KPI evaluations, digital platforms or comparable tools. First experiences with AI tools and agents are a plus. Passion: You are happy to analyze data, identify relationships and derive concrete improvements from it. You combine analytical thinking with digital tools and a sense of partnership Communication: Very good English knowledge in word and writing Strengths: Self-employed, careful, organized and solution-oriented working methods.
