Whether server, network, workstation, printer or telephone, our team covers the entire range of needs-based on-site offers and support services. We are looking for someone who leads both the team without disciplinary responsibility and actively participates in the daily business!

You take over the team's technical coordination: you plan resources, prioritise tasks and ensure efficient ticket distribution As an interface between team, department management and customers, you communicate clearly, pass on relevant information and ensure transparent voting At the same time, you support our customers in daily IT operations – both locally and remotely – and you process service enquiries and malfunctions independently. You manage server and client environments, perform updates and patches, and join the team for a stable system operation You keep up-to-date themes, dependencies and service levels and support colleagues in technical issues You participate in the further development of our internal processes, standards and workflows and actively contribute ideas to optimising the operational business You also document your work results structured and accompany projects with your experience

You have successfully completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. specialist system integration (m/w/d)) or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in IT support and system support and comprehensive technical know-how You have experience in leadership without team disciplinary responsibility and have the ability to prioritize tasks, plan resources and manage the day-to-day operations efficiently At the same time, you will testify in particular to your customer and service orientation and reliability You take responsibility for your topics and drive solutions proactively and with a sense of decision Technical facts and related solutions can be used to communicate in a comprehensible and accurate manner You have good knowledge of German and are owned by the class B
