Responsibility for building and real estate management of a defined real estate portfolio Preparation and control of construction, rehabilitation and maintenance measures Maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment Care and maintenance of the hazard and safety systems (surplus/break-in systems, video surveillance, access systems etc.) Working with the daily tasks of building and real estate management Your profile: Experience with technical and business skills in the areas of responsibility preferably training or studies in construction/building technology, in facility management or in construction independent action, high readiness and flexibility reliable, targeted and structured working in the team high IT affinity, well-founded MS Office knowledge and ideally with CAFM, CAD and Afa applications Our offer for you: it expects a responsible and varied activity in a motivated team an attractive salary with the benefits of the public service collective agreement – Sparkasse area (including savings banks special payment, company pensions, Jobrad/Jobticket, 32 days vacation) The Sparkasse Landshut is a collective public employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the tariff regulations, in particular by sections 12 to 25 TVöD and the relevant regulations of the TVöD-BT-S. The enrollment of the enrolled office is expected to be in the 9b TVöD payment group. Depending on the relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 1 to 5 is regularly considered when hiring. This currently results in a monthly tariff gross entry fee ranging from EUR 3.779.84 to EUR 4.979.11. In addition to the table fee, further collective wages are granted in accordance with the collective agreements mentioned, in particular an annual special payment or special savings banks payment.
