Legal Clerk Claims Settlement (f|m|d)

Regression procedures: You take legal care of regression procedures. This includes the development of regressive revenue, communication with other insurers and the agreement of processing methods. You are responsible for complaints and dunning. Asset management: You take over communication with our debt collection company and debtors, optimize the processes and work closely with accounting. Legal support: You support the area of personal injury insurance (e.g. foreign health insurance, travel cancellation insurance and accident protection) in case of legally complex issues and problems. Correspondence: You regularly correspond with lawyers and ensure that legal matters are handled professionally and efficiently. Cooperation: You work closely with team members, other areas as well as with the debt collection and the judiciary. Projects: You participate in overarching projects and introduce your legal expertise to develop innovative solutions and optimize existing processes. Evaluations: You create detailed evaluations.

You have a Bachelor/Master of Insurance or Laws or have completed the 1st State Exam. First professional experience in damage regulation in personal injury is desirable. You have good knowledge in insurance, ideally in personal insurance and in the insurance contract law. We require good knowledge of English in word and writing. Dissolving complex facts is fun. It prepares you to analyze, optimize and derive recommendations for action. Communication and team skills, sense of responsibility and out-of-the-box thinking are your strengths. You are open to further and further training and willing to develop continuously.
