The FIOR & GENTZ company for the development and distribution of orthopedic systems mbH is a globally active and innovative company in the field of medical technology. We develop and sell technical products for orthetics. FIOR & GENTZ specializes in the development of orthosis joints for paralysis orthotheses. As an industrial manufacturer, we supply Orthopaedic workshops/sanity houses, which produce customised orthosis with our products for their patients. Ortheses are aids that influence the structural and functional properties of the neuromuscular skeletal system. With a suitable orthosis, the dependency on a wheelchair or on walking supports can be significantly reduced. People with paralysis are thereby facilitated the insignificant participation in daily life.

To support our team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated * manufacturing mechanic / production staff at the earliest possible time – cross-enterers welcome (m/w/d)* in full time (40 hours/week).

Your tasks:

• Assembly of small-part assemblies
• Quality testing of finished assemblies
• Quality testing of turning, milling and standard parts according to technical drawing using relevant measuring means
• Production documentation
• packaging of finished assemblies, individual and spare parts and other tools
• Processing of customer returns
• general storage, storage, etc.

Your profile:

• completed training in a craftsman-technical profession (qualifiers are welcome)
• fine motor skills and good technical understanding
• precise and careful operation
• Flexibility and team spirit
• Motivation and performance
• would be of advantage: experience in handling test and measuring instruments and/or interpretation of technical drawings
