Economic competence: You take full responsibility for our product budgets – from the flaming idea to the profitable detachment incl. Budget and cost-effectiveness controlling. Portfolio management: You are responsible for controlling the entire product life cycle – from idea to detachment. Digital Bridge: You are our central interface. You ensure a perfect match with service, technical areas, customer management as well as contract and offer team. Leadership: You lead, motivate and develop your team and are responsible for the task and deployment planning. Market antenna: You scan trends, understand local customer needs and anticipate regulatory requirements to ensure the decisive competitive advantage.

Foundation: successfully completed master's degree in business, (economic) informatics or digitization or comparable qualification Experience engine: multi-year detectable experience in product management, ideally in the challenging environment of IT services, software solutions or public administration Leadership: lived leadership experience and convincing communication strength to motivate teams, inspire stakeholders and successfully position products on the market Methodology competence: sound expertise in relevant frameworks such as ITIL, service management and modern project management methods (e.g. agil/Scrum) of advantage Strategic vision: excellent strategic and analytical skills combined with the competence to penetrate complex issues quickly and to derive forward-looking product strategies Management understanding: strong understanding of the structures, processes and regulatory requirements of the municipal or public sector as well as customer orientation
