For our service field of customer service in the Tribe Cyber Defense Center, we are looking for you in full or part time as Security Incident Manager (m/w/d) in Berlin, Karlsruhe, Munich and Munich. Münster. Your activity is assigned to the Squad Security Operations Center. Here you work with 10 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

You develop our Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and are part of our internal and market-acting cyber defense center in the field of attack detection / security operations center. You are constantly optimising the processes, processes, interfaces and roles of CSIRT and adapting them to new challenges if necessary. In security incidents, you coordinate the CSIRT and its activities and ensure (crisis) communication to the stakeholders. You plan and coordinate exercises and simulations on security incidents. In addition, you will develop training/further development concepts for the participating units and employees.

Personality with profile

You have a completed study of IT security, computer science, information technology or business informatics as well as many years of relevant professional experience in the described subject complex or a comparable qualification as well as experience in the management of cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. You have extensive experience in Incident Management and have already played a key role in the process design in Incident Management. Ideally, you have already successfully mastered knowledge of Security Incident Response or serious security incidents in the role of an Incident Manager. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and about knowledge of English (C1 level). You are characterized by pronounced process and coordinating skills, especially in critical situations. Your strengths include a quick conception, a pronounced independent, analytical thinking and action, as well as targeted communication at professional and leadership levels.

salary frame and career level

The annual salary for this position is between € 76,000 and € 109,000 for a 38-hour week, depending on the corresponding experience and qualification, and pays on our career model as follows:
