Plant Manager Industrial Production for modern production plant in the north-eastern Ruhr area (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the operational, strategic and economic management of the production site Further development and future orientation of the plant in close coordination with the group of companies Management and further development of management and Management teams at the location Ensuring efficient production processes and continuous optimization of processes, structures and costs Initiation and implementation of improvement projects (including digitization, automation, lean management and resource planning) Sovereign Representation of the Site to Management, Works Council and Internal and External Stakeholders

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. production technology, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable) Multiannual expertise and leadership experience in leading function within industrial manufacturing Experience in the further development of production sites and in the optimization of processes and structures Experience in the leadership of larger employee organisations and in the constructive handling of co-determination bodies Knowledge of Lean Management, Production Digitalization and Automation Entrepreneurial thinking leaders with strategic vision, communication strength, decision-making and pragmatic implementation orientation
