Description

• As a group management, you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary guidance in the entire production area of the assembly of hydraulic cylinders.
• Your area of responsibility includes the entire value flow from work/production and testing planning, to the production execution with assembly, testing, painting and e-wiring, as well as the management of the associated guide structures (team, workshop and layer conductors).
• You take over the leadership and further development of the stock flows including the targeted introduction of new and innovative products (e.g. hydrogen technology).
• You are also responsible for the achievement of the target incl. Key figures.

Qualifications

• Training: completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification (machine engineering technicians with many years of experience in the manufacturing environment incl. Leadership experience)
• Experiences and know-how: comprehensive knowledge in manufacturing/assembly and Process engineering and good hydraulic or electrohydraulic expertise; deep knowledge in the field of BPS, including production control/planning as well as in SAP-PR1, experience in project management and initiation of sustainable improvement work; expertise in new product introductions and the associated quality assurance; several years of experience in the field of personnel management and development
• Personality and working methods: strong self-motivation and enthusiasm; independent entrepreneurial thinking and action; strong organizational talent
• Languages: very good German and English
