Team Leader Manufacturing (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for a defined production area and ensure a smooth process through predictive control and continuous optimization – with a view to quality, dates and cost-effectiveness. You lead your team at eye level, develop employees in a targeted manner and provide a stable production day with a well-thought-out personnel and shift planning. As a connecting interface, you work closely with production, production control and production line and create transparency and efficient coordination processes. You are actively involved in inventory, audits, and in the continuous improvement process and in operational proposition. You live work security and sustainability in everyday life and ensure compliance with work protection, environmental and energy standards in your area.

You have completed technical training with further training as a master/technician (m/w/d) or a study in the field of economic engineering, production technology or a comparable qualification. You have already gained leadership experience in a production or production environment and understand how to motivate employees, communicate clearly and give orientation. You like to take responsibility, make informed decisions and keep an overview even in dynamic situations. A structured, solution-oriented mode of operation as well as a pronounced organisational skill are the key features. Quality awareness, order and a high demand for safe work processes are of course for you. You are willing to orient your working hours to the company's shift models of production and to work close to the operating events. You work safely with MS Office and ideally have experience in dealing with SAP or comparable systems.
