Procurement Manager - Special Projects (m/f/d)

Leading and controlling global development and relocation projects along the entire value chain to new and alternative suppliers Analysis, identification and development of new procurement markets and the establishment, qualification and development of new suppliers Establishment and development of early detection mechanisms within the supply chain and establishing a holistic risk management Active supplier and procurement risk management in close cooperation with product group managers and financial sectors Control of escalation management in critical supplier, quality and supply situations, as well as initiation and follow-up of appropriate countermeasures deriving and implementing procurement strategies based on TCO analyses, economic considerations and feasibility assessments Planning, moderation and tracking of workshops with suppliers, in particular on quality optimization, VA/VE, cost engineering and performance support Participation in the development and implementation of global purchasing strategies Participation in supplier award decisions and in the qualification, development and evaluation of strategically relevant suppliers Participation in digitalisation initiatives and efficiency enhancement measures within the purchase Creation of decision templates, presentations and regular reporting for management and board levels Management and implementation of cross-departmental special projects in purchasing

Completed studies (engineering, Wi-Ing., BWL or the like) or comparable training Mind. 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive environment Embossed technical understanding Affinity for project management Imprinted negotiating skills and enforcement capabilities as well as safe and binding occurrence Ability to abstract, analyze and solve problems systematically and objectively oriented Individual initiative, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working Impressed social competence, high resilience, communication and team skills, hands-on mentality Security in application of moderation techniques Very good knowledge of SAP / MS-Office and ideally in Power BI Openness for regular (global) travel activities German language skills and knowledge of English
