Senior Conversion-Rate Optimization Manager (m/f/d)

A/B-Testing Ownership: You conduct our experimentation program strategically and operationally and control the End-to-End process from Discovery & Priorization via Setup & QA, up to evaluation, decision logic and rollout recommendations. AI Driven Experimentation: You use AI as a concrete lever to make testing faster and better. In doing so, you identify AI‐Use‐Cases & Tools, implement them and make their impact measurable. Product & App Analytics: You are Sparring Partner for Web & App. You plan and accompany A/B tests along the product journey and guide scalable growth levers. You can also improve proactive tracking, event quality and KPI systematics. Hypotheses, Insights & Priority: You identify growth opportunities, shape hypotheses and prioritise them in the Experiment-Backlog. For this, you establish or optimise frameworks such as ICE, North‐Star or Guardrails. Testing Culture & Enablement: You develop our testing culture, increase the pace and methodological security and empower teams – beyond web and app to other brands. Communication & Decision Enablement: You translate results into clear recommendations for our product team and management. This makes you think of transparency, commitment and sustainable learning.

You bring well-founded experience in the e-commerce environment with a focus on A/B testing/experimentation and Product Analytics, ideally Web and App. You have very good knowledge of analytics and experimentation tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Kameleoon, etc.) and the desire to develop our setup actively. You take real Ownership: You proactively tax stakeholders, prioritize them in the sense of the business impact and make sure that experiments not only run, but lead to decisions, rollouts and measurable impact. You communicate clearly, confidently and address-oriented and can prepare complex analyses and test results to enable teams to act quickly and understand our management risk, impact and next steps.
