R&D Data Specialist (m/f/d)

Within the R&D, you are responsible for the implementation, development and administration of our master data management system. You work closely with colleagues from R&D, QM, Purchasing and Supply Chain, etc. to implement their requirements as well as IT to properly set up the system. You define, monitor and evaluate KPIs for the evaluation and control of the master data processes and continuously improve them. You work closely with our IT department on the continuous digitization and automation of processes, e.g. also on AI solutions to make our product development more efficient. In this context, you will also process, guide and tax smaller operational projects. You are responsible for the release of LMIV data for our articles. You're training your colleagues on the system.

Ideally, there are professional experience in data management and have a sense of digital, efficient and slim processes. You have a high affinity for document management, systems and processes. You can work in new areas independently and motivate yourself and are thorough. You have conceptual thinking, a solution-oriented approach to complex questions and problems as well as a pronounced hand-on mentality and Reaction strength. The work in the team and with other areas you like and you have clear communication. Holistic thinking and acting as well as secure German and English skills complete your profile.
