For our dedicated team, we are looking for a (Senior) Associate – Fund Administration & Transfer Agency (m/w/d) as soon as possible.

As part of our Fund Administration & Transfer Agency team in Luxembourg, you take a central role in the operational support of our funds over their entire life cycle. In addition to classic tasks in the Transfer Agency and the annual financial processes, you actively participate in the further development of our service and process landscape – with a clear focus on scalability, data quality and IT support. We are looking for colleagues who penetrate operational processes, think critically and want to make existing processes smarter, more structured and scalable. Your tasks: Supporting central transfer agency and fund operations across the entire investor lifecycle Ensuring correct investor, commitment and capital flow data Participation in the final, NAV, reporting and audit processes of alternative investment funds Processing and plausibility of data for reports, datapacks, audits and internal analyses Cooperation with internal and external interfaces such as AIFM, Depositary, Legal, Tax, Auditors and IT Analysis, structuring and further development of existing processes in Fund Administration and Transfer Agency Participation in establishing standardized workflows, reports and data-based solutions, such as Power BI or system-based evaluations Active contribution to digitization and automation projects in the fund environment

Completed studies with economic, financial or technical reference(e.g. business, finance, business informatics, etc.) At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of fund administration, transfer agency, audit, advisory, asset management or comparable Basic understanding of investment funds and ideally alternative investments (AIF, PE, Private Debt etc.) High IT and data affinity as well as the pleasure of logically penetrating and developing processes Experience or strong interest in tools and systems (e.g. Power BI, data models, reporting tools) Very good knowledge of German and English That's what distinguishes you You think in contexts, not only in task lists You understand that good processes save work, reduce risks and increase quality You are ready to learn, curious and open to new technologies You can do both surgically and conceptually You like to work in the team and communicate clearly and service-oriented
