Tasks of the body

Announcement and monitoring of transportation in Germany, Europe and worldwide as well as direct coordination with the customer to be supervised and service providers used in Europe and abroad commissioning of external service providers and processing of service provider bills in close connection with the customer to be supervised Stetant communication to the transport companies used as service providers Required disposition of the car fleets including feed and bottleneck control Independent optimization of transport routing for transports in close coordination with the customer and the carriers, as well as statistics on utilization Optimization and further development of process quality, monitoring of IOD / POD entries in the customer system (Oracle R12) Continuous control and improvement of the TMS (transport management tool) used by the customer First escalation contact for service providers in the camp Nuremberg Completion of annual transport invitations Optimization of freight costs and consignment structure together with the branches There is the possibility to work proportionally

Qualifications, requirements and experience: Studies or commercial vocational training with experience in transport Multiannual experience in this area Experience in the worldwide KEP area Good understanding in customs Experience with different types of transport (air, sea, land transport) Training or Expertise for hazardous goods (travel agent) High readiness, loadability and flexibility Sovereignty and independent problem-solving competence in the more complex project environment Very good English skills in word and writing Very good PC user knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point)
