Renting value: With the help of the preparation of rental value fixing methods, including the collection of comparison rentals. Change of tenants: Processing of terminations in federal and service housings. System Care: Continuous Data Care in the SAP System (SAP BALIMA).

Training: completed training as a real estate businessman or a comparable qualification. IT knowledge: Safe handling of the current MS Office applications. Knowledge in SAP is an advantage or willingness to acquire it. Operation: You work carefully, reliably and with good organizational talent. Own responsibility: You are self-initiative, work independently and purpose-oriented, even with high work volume. Social competence: You are characterized by communication strength, team capacity and critique. Customer orientation: You appear customer-oriented and with a good judgment.
