You guide the team of our technical support in relation to our digital ordering and delivery process (order and disclosure) You ensure that all relevant systems are available within the agreed SLAs and that customers receive support to successfully overcome technical problems in the ordering and delivery process You work closely with internal technical teams to escalate serious problems and find solutions You develop and implement strategies to continuously improve technical support and strive for higher customer satisfaction You train and guide the team to ensure that it has the technical knowledge and skills to effectively support customers You analyze and solve technical problems that our customers could experience when using our digital platforms You document customer requests, problems and solutions for future reference

You have a degree in computer science. A Master degree is advantageous You bring at least. 5 years of experience in technical support, ideally in the field of digital processes or platforms in the medical field You have leadership experience and the ability to guide and motivate a team You speak fluent English and are confident in talks in the business environment Your communication skills are excellent, and you can understand technical information You have technical understanding and quick problem solving skills You have experience in dealing with escalations and working with technical teams Your self-motivation is high, you have organizational talent and are result-oriented
