By carrying out internal IKS trainings, you will convey the necessary know-how to the relevant departments and thus provide a common understanding of effective control mechanisms. With your trained view, you will recognize weaknesses in processes and systems of the IKS and develop optimization proposals to efficiently shape business processes and controls. In this position, you provide your expertise by supporting the controllers in the implementation of self-assessments and advising them in defining and developing control measures. You carry out spot checks for the validation, evaluation and analysis of self-assessments, and create reports for management on the results of the self-assessments as well as for the implementation of control measures. As a competent contact person, you can support external and internal stakeholders – such as auditors, specialist departments and management – in all IKS-relevant issues

Complete study of economics, legal sciences, economic informatics or economic engineering or comparable qualification Professional experience in the field of internal control system (hereinafter referred to as IKS), accounting, audit or internal audit or Compliance of an internationally established group or in consultation or Examination of capital market-oriented enterprises Professional experience in the continuous development and the relevant process management of an IKS is desirable Knowledge of the relevant frameworks and test standards such as COSO or IDW PS 982 desirable German and English knowledge in word and writing Embossed communication and coordination capabilities, rapid understanding and a structured and independent way of working
