You assume the overall responsibility for our revitalization projects – from planning to turnkey handover You conduct interdisciplinary teams and control complex refurbishment projects – partly in ongoing operation You are a central contact for our builders and coordinate the coordination with authorities, architects and specialist engineers You are responsible for coordinating the tendering and awarding activities, conducting negotiations and instructing contractors You coordinate and monitor the turnkey construction and carry out the subsequent construction work
