In our regional energy transition department, we bundle our potential to successfully shape the energy transition and the heat transition. Particular attention is paid to increasing efficiency through digitization and intelligent automation as well as to a coordinated process management. As a project manager*in for digitalization projects in the ND-DI department, you actively shape this change. You take responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of complex digitalization projects and work closely with specialist areas, IT, project teams and external partners.

You conduct complex digitalization projects in the Regional Energy Transition department and the areas that unite them to plan and build energy management technology in the form of production facilities and network infrastructure (heat, cold, electricity, telecommunications, conventional energy sources and renewable energies) - from order to implementation. You take into account key issues of IT governance, such as IT risk management and IT security compliance. You plan, tax and monitor project goals, budgets, schedules and resources. You coordinate internal and external project participants and ensure a smooth flow of information, while actively facilitating the need for long-term infrastructure projects and line functions. You create project plans, status reports and decision templates and present them to project management and management. You plan, organize and prepare communication events and coordination rounds - both for cross-departmental projects and for the overall project management of large projects. You are developing our project management methods and bringing your experience to cross-disciplinary bodies.

You have completed your studies, for example in (economic) informatics, industrial engineering, project management or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in the management of IT or digitization projects – ideally in the municipal or energy business environment. You know about classic and agile project management methods (e.g. IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum). You work structured, strong communication and solution-oriented – even in complex project environments.
