Internship in Partner Management and Project Management (m/w/d)

metergrid is an innovative energy start-up that has been working with passion since 2021 to reach the 1.5-degree climate target for 44 million inhabitants of multi-family houses in Germany. With tailor-made tenant power solutions, we enable owners of multi-party and commercial properties to offer their tenants clean, locally generated PV power. Our all-round services – from cost-effectiveness calculation to project implementation and accounting software and hardware solutions – combine climate protection with lower energy costs and attractive returns for owners and plant operators. What awaits you in your internship? You are full of deeds when it comes to the energy transition? With us you are in good company. As part of the six-month internship, you can support us in the project implementation of strategic and operational projects. You can start in mid September or early December You are a human friend and do you understand the added value of partnerships? Great, because together we are strong. You can bring your ideas & creativity into exciting tasks.

What should you bring? You are immatriculated:r Student:in (m/w/d), preferably from BWL or Economic Engineering You are interested in project management and renewable energies You could already gain professional experience through other internships. Hands-on mentality as well as communicative and motivated personality. Current knowledge of German in word and writing. You are passionate about software and renewable energies Ideally, you live in Berlin and like to work with us for 1-2 days a week. Is not a KO criterion.

What do we offer you in the internship? Flexible working hours: Achieving goals is more important than 9 to 5. We work on trust work time basis, that is, you share your time yourself. Quick learning curve: Hands on - With us you don't cook coffee, but you can mix directly, gather your experiences and take responsibility. Continuing employment: After your internship you have the opportunity to get to us fully. Over the last six months, we have set up 20 employees. Remotely possible: Work two weeks from the Baltic Sea? We don't care where you work. You're doing good work. Environment: You like working in a dynamic team? Then you're right with us!
