To strengthen our library team, we are now looking for an Information Professional / librarianin (m/w/d) for our legal library at the Munich site.

Responsible supervision of the library at the Munich site: You are the first contact person for our lawyers and take over all librarian tasks on site – from media procurement to stock management to user advice.

Research and information provision: You research legal and economic specialist information, prepare them targeted and provide them to our internal customers.

Our information offers are designed: You introduce your ideas to develop our services – including current trends and digital innovations.

Cross-site cooperation: You work closely with colleagues at other locations, perform cross-site tasks, participate in joint projects and actively contribute to the further development of our library services.

Training and introductions: You regularly conduct training, workshops and introduction events for users.

Completed studies in the field of library and information sciences, information management or a comparable qualification

First professional experience of advantage – ideally in the legal or economic environment

Safe handling of electronic and conventional sources of information

Excellent IT and media affinity and high information competence

Self-employed, structured and service-oriented work

Communication strength, organizational skills and team skills – also across locations

Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office
