At IONOS we are building a new training curriculum that focuses on equipping both technical and non-technical target groups with the required cloud knowledge. We need a technical cloud trainer that can communicate effectively with all - from technical experts to business teams. Possibly at the location in Berlin or Karlsruhe! Tasks Development and implementation of technical training for cloud experts as well as non-technical training for sales teams, partners and customers. Close cooperation with a small, international team to create an innovative, appealing curriculum. Explanation of complex cloud concepts in German and English for a broad audience to ensure that both technicians and non-technicians can apply the experience. Travelling to IONOS offices in Germany, Great Britain, Spain and occasionally the USA or to customer locations for training and workshops on site. You bring fresh, creative ideas into a rapidly developing project where you will help shape the future of cloud training. Qualifications Flowing mastery of German and English (in word and writing). The ability to explain technical concepts to both a technical and non-technical audience clearly and understandably. A passion for learning and enthusiasm for teaching cloud technologies. A creative and flexible way of thinking - you look forward to new challenges and are open to new ways to do things. Ready to travel and work in various international environments.
