THE EXPENDITURE You support the evaluation and interpretation of data, for example from CRM systems. You actively participate in customer management and engage in operational and conceptual topics. You measure, analyze and evaluate results, performance indicators and implemented measures. On the basis of your analyses, you conduct sound recommendations for action. You are in regular exchange with internal teams to communicate and develop results in a comprehensible manner.

THE MATERIALS You have completed studies in the field of economics, insurance, business informatics, business management or a comparable qualification; Alternatively, you bring relevant professional experience in customer management, sales or insurance environment. You have already gained several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally in legal protection, customer management or sales environment. You have a strong technical affinity and experience in dealing with CRM systems and data-based evaluations. You have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to identify complex relationships in a structured and understandable manner. You are sure to go with MS Office, especially with Excel; Experience with reporting or BI tools is beneficial. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing and communicate professionally safe, precise and addressable. You are characterized by pronounced communication strength as well as the ability to process results according to target groups. You work structured, carefully and independently. You bring a high quality awareness, a pronounced number affinity and joy in making impact and success measurable.
