Manager Security & Loss Prevention (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of holistic safety concepts for new and existing logistics locations

Implementation of risk analyses and safety assessments to identify vulnerabilities in processes, locations and access systems

Planning, tendering and control of safety-relevant systems such as video surveillance (CCTV), intrusion alarm systems (EMA), access controls and perimeter protection

selection, control and continuous evaluation of security service providers and ensuring compliance with defined security standards at the sites

Implementation and control of safety incident investigations and cooperation with external investigators and authorities

Planning, implementation and follow-up of regular security audits and derivation and implementation of concrete improvement measures

Definition and further development of security policies, processes and standards in close coordination with the operating locations

Training and awareness of managers and employees on safety risks and prevention measures

Creation of evaluations, reports and KPI tracking for transparency on security incidents and loss developments

Completed studies in the field of security management, economy or logistics or comparable training with relevant experience in the field of security/loss prevention

Multiannual experience in security, loss prevention, investigation or risk management, ideally in logistics, retail or industry

Experience in the development and implementation of security concepts as well as in risk analyses and security audits

Knowledge of safety technology (CCTV, EMA, access control, perimeter protection)

Experience in managing security service providers and external partners

Experience in dealing with security incidents and sensitive issues (e.g. theft, fraud)

Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and ideally common safety standards (e.g. TAPA)

Analytical, Structured Operation, Enforcement and High Integrity

Very good knowledge of German and good English as well as readiness to travel within Germany
