Insolvency & Own Administrative Procedures - You support the tax advice of our clients in insolvency proceedings, including insolvency administrators in various insolvency proceedings as well as property managers in self-governing proceedings Examination of claims - You are preparing the audit of tax receivables and claims in the field of insolvency claims as well as mass liabilities Correspondence & Organization - You prepare the correspondence with financial offices and clients and provide support for the organizational processes within the team and the firm, in particular the time and date management from the inbox to the deadline statement

Training in legal or commercial matters - you have successfully completed a training as a lawyer (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial training DATEV- & ELO-Kenntnisse - You are working safely with DATEV and ELO and are familiar with the digital work in the law firm environment Interest in bankruptcy law You are interested in tax and insolvency specific topics and would like to contribute and develop professionally in this area. Responsibility & Collaboration - You like to work independently, take responsibility for your tasks and appreciate the close cooperation in a small team You have good knowledge of German in word and writing at least C1 level
