You realize problems before You get bigger? You keep service providers, dates and costs under control – and don't leave easy until a good solution is found? Then take over a key role for the smooth operation of our residential and commercial properties. You are regularly on site, coordinate external partners and ensure that maintenance, testing and maintenance measures are reliably implemented.

In short, you take responsibility, create solutions and keep our properties running.

You control housekeeping, crafts and specialist companies and ensure the quality of their work. You coordinate maintenance and statutory audits and keep operators in mind. You check offers, contracts, services and invoices – with a view to costs and quality. You act quickly and solution-oriented in case of disturbances and urgent cases. You identify defects and potential for improvement during object visits and initiate the appropriate measures. You accompany maintenance work from commissioning to successful acceptance. Together with the real estate management, You ensure that everything is technically and organizationally round.

Training as a real estate businessman of advantage, alternatively you can look back on a solid, long-term experience in the field of object management. MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) do you know from home? SAP? If so, very good. If no, no reason not to apply. We'll teach you!
