For our customers Blaser Group GmbH in Isny, we are looking for you as a CNC grinder (m/w/d) for an unlimited permanent job in full time. You serve and monitor CNC grinding machines (including ABA, Brand and Blohm) and ensure a smooth production process setting up, brushing and precise adjustment of the machines for different workpieces is your task you also carry out the grinding processes for producing precise surfaces and dimensional accuracy – with high care and technical fineness control the manufactured parts within the framework of the factory self-checking as well as measuring instruments for quality and dimensional accuracy You consistently maintain all applicable safety and quality standards the maintenance and regular maintenance of the machines are carried out independently and responsibly you also document all relevant work processes and measurement results carefully in close cooperation with your team, you are working on fulfilling the production requirements

You have completed training in the field of machining, precision mechanics, industrial mechanics or a comparable qualification, for example as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or machining mechanic (m/w/d) You have experience in handling CNC grinding machines, ideally with controllers such as Siemens, and will surely use them also you are ready to work in the layer system technical understanding and craftsmanship You work precisely, carefully and have a trained eye for details Teamability, reliability and a high level of responsibility are your strengths
