Total responsibility for a turnkey major project with high strategic and economic importance Superior control of the entire project organization including interfaces to planning, TGA, raw construction and development Leadership and motivation of the project team and external entrepreneurs Ensuring appointment, quality, cost and earnings management including risk management Implementation of key technical decisions in coordination with the commercial project management Ensuring efficient project structures and processes Proactive communication with all internal and external stakeholders

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable Multiannual experience in complex construction projects and in leading project management Detectional successes in a controlling overall project management or Large project management role Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills and high decision-making strength Leadership and ability to motivate teams and coordinate complex tasks Experience in using digital tools for work support
