Working Student Digital Product Management Dispenser ( (m/f/d)

As a working student:in the digital product management dispenser, you are actively involved in marketing our digital products in the day and project business. You shape the future of professional hydration solutions and help Solution Owner to absorb, structure, and process requirements from different stakeholders and for agile implementation with IT & development. You work closely with product management, service, quality, R&D and IT and bring your technical perspective.

Here are some of your tasks in detail: You support the Solution Owner and implement smaller projects. Systematically you take requirements and document them: you conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders, guide user needs, form user stories and customer journeys, including acceptance criteria. The definition of Ready/Done. For consistency and clarity, by structuring requirements, detecting conflicts or dependencies, avoiding duplicates and ensuring clean traceability - both in the backlog and in Confluence/Jira. You prepare suggestions for prioritization, prepare decision-making bases and agree with various stakeholders. Support agile cooperation by preparing and moderating backlog refineries. You put tickets and track them. Analyze the generated data and user feedback. You’ll start evaluating the success of features and rollouts and prepare concise presentations for our decision-making bodies. You will test the market and the digital functions competitions in our Dispenser portfolio and introduce relevant impulses into the product and feature roadmaps.

You bring your knowledge from the studies of business management or (economic) informatics directly with us - a focus in product or project management is really valuable. First experiences with agile methods like SCRUM you have gathered, and with practical insights into refinements and plannings you are well positioned. Technical understanding of software and IoT systems brings you with, or you really want to get into the world of connected products. With tools like Jira and Confluence, you are familiar and show what you have on Excel and PowerPoint during analyses or presentations. Analytical thinking and a structured, independent way of working distinguish you - as a real organizational institution, you are in demand with us. With your communicative way, you can easily and confidently act in English and German, whether in writing or oral. This is how you get the team right ahead!

Working hours and duration As a student of work: you work 16 to 18 hours a week after consultation. From now on, at least for 12 months, but also longer
