Ensure trouble-free operation of servers, work stations and other terminals Internal IT infrastructure in the field of hardware and software, including server, client, telephone, office applications Installation and maintenance of client PCs, notebooks, printers Multifunctional devices, telephone systems and mobile phones Support and monitoring virtual systems (design creation, rollout, further development, monitoring and optimization) Planning and implementation of redundancy concepts and Software distribution, patch management and license management Planning, monitoring and implementation of IT projects (IT security, certifications, rollout of new tools and platforms, etc.) Harmonization of IT landscape with the specified company standards Creation, maintenance and optimization of operating documentation taking into account ISO/IEC 27001

Completion of a recognised IT college or a comparable qualification/vocational experience Very good knowledge of server administration Experience in handling complex IT landscapes High readiness for use, a service- and practice-oriented operation and pronounced social competence Detection of potential for improvement and implementation in targeted solutions Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 requirements Very good German and good English skills
