Strategic advice: You accompany executives and employees on all issues relating to personnel, talent and organisational development. Promote development: You recognize potentials, support careers and tax succession and talent pools. Strengthen Leadership: With coaching, feedback and impulses, you help executives develop their skills. Responsibility: You ensure compliance with policies, labour law and corporate standards and work in partnership with the works council. Make change: You accompany change processes and strengthen ownership and cooperation in the company.

A degree in HR management, economic psychology, BWL with a focus on human resources or social sciences. First experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in the industrial or corporate environment. Very good knowledge of labour law, talent management and management. Consultancy, empathy, communication strength and a sovereign appearance. Very good German knowledge (min. C1) as well as good English knowledge in word and writing (min. B2). French skills are a plus!
