As a project engineer:in you are a pusher:in and designer:in the planning infrastructure project Westspange in the heart of Cologne, which is the cornerstone of many other S-Bahn projects around Cologne and you can later use them with your friends and family. This applies not only to the construction of additional tracks, but also to the conversion of the overhead, control and safety systems and the construction of new constructional structures, such as bridges and support and sound protection walls. The consideration of environmental concerns and the issue of sustainability play an important role here. In order to be perfectly prepared for your new tasks, you will be in an individual onboarding ''tracked' with us. These include basic and specialist training as well as, if desired, personal support by mentorship. You can also learn methodological and secondary skills in in-house and external training. By using BIM methodology and agile project management, you can actively shape the modern path. Your tasks: as a generalist: in various structures (e.g. new and remodelling of track systems, technical equipment, structural engineering structures or platforms), you build a fundamental knowledge in the system railway During the installation phase, you will get to know the collaboration of the interfaces and will be introduced into the function in agile project management by special training. In concrete project work, you make sure that dates are adhered to, the costs remain within the framework and the quality is correct You support external and internal partners:inside and control the implementation of the necessary measures As a communication and organizational institution, you will advance the project – working closely with internal and external project participants: these include municipalities or authorities at local or regional level
