At the next time, we are looking for a HR Consultant / Account Manager (m/w/d) in full time at our locations in Leipzig, Heidelberg, Nuremberg and Düsseldorf.

Precise disposition of our nurses in the transfer of employees Support and development of existing customer relationships Acquisition and consulting of new customers to create long-term customer relationships Implementation of job losses Own creation of offers and costing of prices Documentation of processes and customer mastery

Experience in direct sales and acquisition (personal & telephone) of advantage Completed commercial training or study with economic focus desirable Versified handling of MS Office Affinity for external services Teamability as well as end-oriented and targeted working methods Communication strength and negotiation skills driving licence class B
