• Individual care and care according to our care concept to ensure the quality of life of our seniors
• Planning, implementation and documentation of the holistic care processes
• Guidance of the care documentation (EDV supported)
• Guidance and advice of our seniors and their relatives

• A completed vocational training as an elderly caregiver, health caregiver • The ability and willingness to communicate professional knowledge and experience • Economic thinking and action • Communication competence, sense of responsibility, reliability and team skills • A valuable and friendly approach to our seniors and their relatives • German language level at least B2-level
