Technical Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Creating offers for services and small buildings and their commercial and technical clarification. Creating and Editing Service Notifications in SAP. Tracking offers and installation of orders. Independent, efficient handling of orders – from design to order requirements to invoice. Close coordination with internal interfaces (e.g. construction, purchasing, field service). Ensuring timely, standard and quality-oriented processing of all processes.

Our requirements for you: Complete technical training, for example as a technical designer, industrial man, industrial mechanic or mechatronic. Professional experience in service business, ideally in the industrial environment and with customer-oriented activities. Experience in industrial process air technology is desirable, but not absolutely necessary. Secure handling of SAP and Microsoft Office applications. Structured, independent and responsible work. Communication strength as well as a pronounced service and customer understanding. Teamability and willingness to think together across areas. Experience in the paper industry, as well as design experience are advantageous.
