Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Developing and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, quality, energy and environmental regulations Operational management of approximately 20 employees of the production, storage, maintenance and machinery and container systems Development of production targets and KPIs for effective management of responsibility and consistent cost management to ensure product quality, planning and monitoring of production and budget Development and implementation of a location strategy as well as a roadmap focusing on the optimization of holistic processes, workflows and plants as part of our company-wide transformation Providing continuous change processes with Lean methods Support in the implementation of maintenance & investment projects and representation of the plant to business partners, authorities and other parties

Successfully completed studies (or technicians) in the field of process engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology or comparable qualification Ideally already relevant professional and leadership experience in a producing company, preferably from the building materials industry or process manufacturing – also in dynamic environments with change processes Self-sufficiency in the work – team player in the leadership team, capable of assertion, strong communication, with pronounced hand-on mentality and holistic process responsibility Knowledge of HSE and Lean Management
