Your tasks:

• Own property control of residential and commercial properties
• Participation, planning and coordination in new and new buildings
• Responsibility for budgeting and schedule
• Support for site and building reviews
• Implementation of tenders, awards, time and cost control, project acceptance, billing and audit
• Support in controlling and follow-up management

Your qualifications:

• Completed training on:to master:in, technician:in or studies building or utility technology or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience with regard to real estate conversion, repair and modernization measures
• Knowledge of the technical regulations and standards in building and contract law
• Experience with tendering, awarding and building developments
• Good knowledge of German and English
