We are looking for the building office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay. The Building Office carries out a variety of complex and demanding new and refurbishment projects, which you can see here. Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technical solutions are developed and implemented. This results in interesting and varied tasks in the field of supply technology.

You take over the independent project management as well as project management from planning, tendering, assembly monitoring to the acceptance of the construction measures You monitor the agreed qualities and dates in compliance with the cost budget The perception of the building function in the projects, such as the support of external specialist engineering offices, is also part of your task You act as an expert representation and contact person of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart for the construction measures A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed study (Bachelor/Master/Diplom-Ing. [FH/TU]) of the Department of Supply Technology or comparable disciplines or persons with equivalent knowledge and professional experience (for foreign degrees the submission of a state recognition is required) A multiannual experience in planning, construction management and project management of construction measures is desirable. Individual initiative, team and communication skills mastering the German language with good expressiveness in word and writing
