Project Manager SAP HCM / SuccessFactors (m/f/d)

And beyond.You want to not only accompany HR IT projects, but actively shape them? Then you are right with us: you work on the international introduction of SAP SuccessFactors within the Otto Group and take responsibility in the project work, depending on the experience for individual topics or separate projects. The job is limited to 2 years and is possible in parttime from 32 hours/week. You work in the hybrid setup with min. 1 day of attendance at the campus in Hamburg (our team day = Tuesday).

Cooperation in central HR IT projects, especially in the Europe-wide introduction of SAP SuccessFactors Support in project management, e.g. in planning, progress control, resource coordination and risk management Close cooperation with HR, IT, international companies and external implementation partners Preparation and moderation of meetings and workshops Creation of status reports, presentations and decision bases Takeover of own topics or subprojects, depending on experience, also first responsibility for smaller project sizes

Completed studies, e.g. in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification First practical experience in the IT project environment or project management Understanding HR processes or interest in mapping them in IT systems Structured, independent working and good analytical understanding Ability to prioritize topics and coordinate tasks between departments and IT Very good communication and presentation skills German and English knowledge in min. C1 level

Remarkable: Basic knowledge of SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors First experience in coordinating projects or subprojects Contact points with implementations, migrations or further developments in the SAP environment Experience with project management or request management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)
