From one of our offices across Germany, you are also responsible for: Processing of customer-specific tenders in technical and infrastructural building management Implementation of cost estimates and creation of performance directories Costing of offers (operating and maintenance services) Support in the collection of maintenance offers for suppliers or Subsequent Participation in bidding discussions, customer events and workshops Participation in the optimization of standardized cost calculation methods Creation of uniform benchmarks in technical and infrastructure facility management Calculatory support within the implementation phase and implementation of subsequent calculations Mass adjustments in coordination with the start-up manager

Commercial or technical vocational training (e.g. HKLSE) or study with focus on facility management Ideally professional experience in comparable function in facility management Funded knowledge in handling MS-Office, especially Excel Embossed numerical understanding German language skills (at least C1), good English skills desirable
