Planning, consulting and implementation of object monitoring in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation Project management and monitoring of project phases from planning to commissioning, including quality and time control Work in an interdisciplinary holistic planning team Detection and coordination of trade union problems Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Projektteam und Beratung der Bauherren (m/w/d), Architekten (m/w/d) und alle Unternehmen Close cooperation with internal and external project teams (e.g. automation, electrical installation, communication and security technology) as well as customers (m/w/d) and partners (m/w/d) implementing energy analyses for identifying potential savings and Optimization possibilities

Successfully completed training as a master (m/w/d) in the area of heating -, air conditioning, ventilation or sanitary Multiannual professional experience in assembly Knowledge of building control technology KNX , BACnet and Modbus TCP driving licence class B Ready to call (including weekends) Team-oriented and independent
