Mechanic Mechanical Engineering for Wastewater Treatment in the Port of Hamburg

The Hamburg Port Authority operates a large plant in the unit of excavator goods and wastewater treatment for the treatment of all waste water produced in the excavator goods treatment and disposal. Operation takes place in the 24/7 system. The system is largely automated. The currently 7 employees work in fixed working hours daily from 6:00 to 14:30. The body must first be occupied for 2 years.

Our heart beats for the Port of Hamburg, which connects us! You are responsible for the operational monitoring of the wastewater equipment parts on the Francop Hintzenort industrial sewage plant, a pond treatment plant in HH Feldhofe, as well as the support of the associated infrastructure with peripheral facilities in Francop, Moorburg and Feldhofe. In addition, you take over the operation and function control via the process control system and the desires. Your tasks include controlling the systems according to your specifications. You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our wastewater systems.

You are a specialist in environmental or mechanical engineering or have successfully completed a training with a mechanical background or have equivalent knowledge and skills through qualified long-term professional experience. The possession of a class B driver's license is highly advantageous due to the location of the flushing fields. You have basic knowledge in MS Office, especially MS-Excel. Your willingness to services outside the regular working hours, on weekends (approximately 10 bets per year) and holidays (on schedule change) with corresponding recreational compensation, we presume.
