You can do this with us: As a plant mechanic HKLS in facility management (w/m/d), you are part of our facility management team and ensure the safe operation of building technology in the areas of heating, ventilation and sanitation in an object of our customers. You can be used as home technicians in a fixed object or as a mobile service technician. These include: Maintenance, inspection and maintenance of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities Disruption-related repair and implementation of small repairs Implementation of technical tests and functional checks Support for building technology Digital documentation of the work carried out Communication with clients and local contact persons
