A completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical support or quality in a manufacturing company, (first) experience in project management in the field of metal or electrical engineering and (first) leadership experience desirable Very good technical understanding and expertise Communication strength, target strength, team capacity and a structured way of working Safe handling in MS Office applications and CRM systems, ideally also in BI tools and QMS tools Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
