STANDARD SETTING You do legal basic work and check regulations and service instructions. You evaluate complex individual cases in public service law (tarif and civil servant law) and prepare recommendations for action. You accompany and conduct processes in critical personal processes, including in court. You advise preventively, work out FAQs and carry out training.

QUALIFIKATION You have successfully completed the 1st and 2nd state exams and can also prove this. KENNTNISSE knowledge of labour law, public service law, tariff law (TVÖD/TVÖD-VKA) and/or civil servant law are desirable. STRATEGIC COMPETENZ and PROBLEMLÖSUNG You recognize relationships and address challenges systematically and find effective and targeted solutions. You like to work with others and communicate clearly and appreciate. Being curious and open to new ways is of course for you. You're ready to continue your education.
