Successfully completed studies in communication, media, humanities or a comparable discipline Including multiannual and diverse editorial experiences in the external representation of companies/employer positioning via social media, corporate websites and press channels Very good sense for different target groups and their needs (specialists, trainees, etc.) High trend affinity and enthusiasm for various channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube & Co.) and their strategic potential in the contexts brand building/storytelling and personal marketing; number-based control Very high literacy and a good sense of image language and (audio)visual concepts, moving image and SEO skills of advantage Empathy, commitment, commitment and team orientation as well as the desire to participate in our wide range of topics in a controlling and shaping manner and to proactively advance developments
