What awaits you with us

• Basic care & support in everyday life: You support our clients: in their home care and care. Depending on the qualification, you take on tasks of the basic care independently or, according to instructions, you take on other nursing activities with
• Activation after qualification: With appropriate qualifications (e.g. LG 1 / LG 2), you carry out delegable treatment care measures according to the medical arrangement and specification of the care professional
• Document & observation: You document your activities reliably in the digital care documentation and pass changes in health to the relevant nurses
• Cooperation & quality: You work closely with the nursing team, relatives and external partners and maintain our nursing, hygiene and quality standards

What convinces us

• Qualification:You have a completed nursing course with at least 200 hours or an apprenticeship for the nursing assistant:in or Care assistant:in – formerly nurse and nursing assistant:in or relevant professional experience
• Mobility:You have a class B driving licence, service car (shift transmission)
• Experience:First professional experience in old or nursing is of advantage – ideally also in the outpatient field, but no need
• Respect & Counselling:The appreciative and respectful way of dealing with older people in need of care and with your colleagues is of course for you
• Language:You have good knowledge of German in word and writing – at least at level B2
• readiness for Use in early, late and weekend shifts in our ambulant care service in Rotenburg**
